ORDER CONFIRMATION
• After placing your order, we may contact you via call or WhatsApp for confirmation.
• If we cannot reach you, your order will not be dispatched.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• General estimated delivery time (excluding Sundays and public holidays) is 3–7 business days, depending on location.

SHIPPING CHARGES & PARTNERS
• Pakistan: Flat shipping fee of Rs. 250.
• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• We use trusted courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery.
• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal to accept, the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• Please ensure you answer courier calls and keep exact cash ready for COD payments.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
• Please contact the courier directly for claims related to lost or damaged packages.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
    - The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    - You contact us within 72 hours of receiving the parcel.
    - Clear photo or video proof of the issue is provided.
    - The product is unused, unworn, in original packaging, with all tags intact.
    - Returned within 3 days of delivery.
• If the product is out of stock; it will take upto 7-10 days for restock or you can cancel your order if not want to wait long.
• Exchanges or refunds are not accepted for size, style, or preference reasons. Please check product details carefully before ordering.

NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
• Earrings, nose pins, or other personal wearables.
• Customized, made-to-order, or discounted items.
• Gift cards or promotional offers.
• Orders where customer refused confirmation calls/messages, provided wrong info, or changed their mind.

REFUND POLICY
• Refunds are processed only if:
    - The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
    - The order is canceled before dispatch.
    - Approved return is inspected and accepted.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.

RETURN PROCESS

• Share your Order Number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence.
• Wait for approval and return instructions.
• Ship the item back at your own expense using a trackable courier.
• Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Only one exchange allowed per order.
• Customers pay for delivery charges on exchanges.

IMPORTANT CONDITIONS
• We may reject returns/exchanges if the item does not meet the above conditions.
• Used, worn, damaged, or altered items will not be refunded or exchanged.
• Fraudulent, repeated, or excessive return requests may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.
